Skin Infections and Rashes

Question: Are skin infections or itchy rashes common in Cushing’s?

Answer: People with Cushing’s syndrome can have a number of skin changes, including rashes.  Skin tends to be thin and fragile, and breaks in the skin can lead to infections which may need antibiotics. Facial acne as well as fungal infections of the skin may be present as well.  Katznelson
