About the Study

The purpose of the study is to test the safety and efficacy of COR-003 in the treatment of endogenous Cushing’s syndrome. This study is open-label, which means both the health providers and the participants in the study are aware of the drug or treatment being given. Information from this study will also help doctors learn more about COR-003 in treating endogenous Cushing’s syndrome.

The safety and efficacy of COR-003 for treatment of endogenous Cushing’s syndrome have not been established.
